In conjunction with Noelker and Hull Associates, our team recently concluded design development for a new Independent Living and Community Center at the Diakon Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village campus located in Lewisburg, PA.

This project will consist of a four-story, 122,000 sq. ft. facility with 64 apartment units, tavern and dining area, cafe, numerous conference rooms, and an outside dining patio.

The building will be equipped with energy efficient LED lighting throughout the entire space and a state-of-the-art geothermal system that heats and cools the facility, lowers energy costs, and requires minimal maintenance for optimal performance.
