Welcome To Gatter & Diehl's STEAM Student Observation Program!

 

At Gatter & Diehl, we believe our schools STEAM and TSA curriculums are vital in helping students learn real world applications in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry by developing a variety of skill sets for their future careers and life experiences.

 

Our five-week program is designed to show STEAM and TSA students an inside look of system designs, both Mechanical and Electrical, plus AutoCAD, Energy Modeling and Commissioning.

 

If you are a current STEAM or TSA student in High School and are looking to observe and obtain some hands on experience in what we do at Gatter & Diehl, this is the program for you! Please note the program is run during the student's summer break, not during the academic year.

 

We have a few simple requirements for our program which are listed.

  • Must have transportation to and from our office location

  • Must have Parental/School permission before applying for program

  • Must be flexible with work and employee schedules in a five-week timeframe

At Gatter & Diehl we do our best to host as many students as possible. We have five weeks to host a student in order to rotate through all departments. This position is filled at a first come first serve basis.
