The Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehabilitation facility in Allentown, PA kicked off the new year with Phase 1 of a multi-phase project that includes a 145,000 sq. ft., four-story, L-shaped skilled nursing addition. Consisting of 240 beds, the new addition will replace all of the nursing home resident rooms in the 1920s-era resident care B and C wings and a small part of the D-Wing as part of a Phase 2 of the Cedarbrook overhaul. 

The project is more than just a modernized senior living expansion with upgraded common spaces and living amenities. It exemplifies a commitment by the Lehigh County community to ensure a better quality of life to the resident’s of Cedarbrook, both present and future.

Our role in this project is to provide energy efficient, sustainable, and cost effective MEP/FP designs that utilize the latest technologies to provide the residents at Cedarbrook with superior comfortability and security.
