This four-story, 268-student facility serves as the flagship of student housing on the Penn College campus. Students stay in suites, with common areas conveniently located throughout each floor.

 

A full service kitchen compliments the cafeteria and is sized to accommodate all campus student housing. Other amenities include student laundry, fitness rooms, storage for students, mail services, student grocery store, campus police, lecture space, and resident life offices just to name a few of the features of this facility.

 

The building uses high efficiency HVAC, lighting, energy recovery, water saving low flow fixtures, and the latest in telecommunications for voice, data security, access control, and video surveillance.
