F&M Trust, in Chambersburg, PA, decided to relocate their corporate headquarters from the downtown district of Chambersburg to an 11-acre parcel that was once a vacant industrial facility. This move allowed F&M Trust to accommodate nearly 145 employees with additional space to house more employees as the bank expands.   

In conjunction with the architects at Noelker and Hull Associates, Gatter & Diehl transformed the abandoned manufacturing building into 70,000 sq. ft. of office space. The renovation project was designed to keep a downtown-like presence as all of the operations are run under one floor and one roof. The project includes a new server room with a clean agent fire protection system, LED lighting, emergency power system, Variable Volume and Variable Temperature HVAC system, upgrades to the HVAC controls, and a power distribution for a complete green energy office layout design.
