The newly developed West Campus Student Housing facility at Immaculata University provides students a luxurious and modernized complex featuring a total of 10 buildings with six apartment units in each building. The suites consist of five bedroom units with a full living area, kitchen, and dining space. All buildings are specialized with a highly efficient geothermal system plus energy efficient lighting.

 

This is just one of over 30 highly efficient geothermal designs Gatter & Diehl has performed in the last five years. Designs include new construction and renovation projects for USGBC LEED and Non-LEED projects. Project sizes have ranged from 4,000 sq. ft. to 180,000 sq. ft. with as few as four bores to as many as 160 bores.
