The newly developed West Campus Student Housing facility at Immaculata University provides students a luxurious and modernized complex featuring a total of 10 buildings with six apartment units in each building. The suites consist of five bedroom units with a full living area, kitchen, and dining space.

 

Gatter & Diehl provided the buildings with a highly efficient geothermal water source heat pump system plus a complete electrical package to maximize energy efficiency throughout the campus.
