The historic Laird Hall building at Wilson College, which was first constructed in 1949, received designs for a renovation to the Patterson Boardroom and Lounge Suite. The suite is used for numerous events and meetings, which made it paramount to engineer the space for superior occupant comfort.

 

In conjunction with the architects at Noelker and Hull Associates, Gatter & Diehl engineered a high efficiency HVAC VRF system to condition the suite along with the adjacent spaces, while integrating a sophisticated lighting system using cutting edge technology that presents a comfortable and modern feel for boardroom activities.
