Gatter & Diehl was selected to lead the MEP/FP effort relative to the USGBC LEED Gold design for the new 180,000 sq. ft. facility.

 

Positioned on Front Street along the Susquehanna River, the building offers tremendous views from all offices, utilizes natural day light in combination with daylight harvesting fixtures, low flow water saving plumbing, rainwater capture and filtration/treatment for flushing to toilets and urinals and high efficiency HVAC utilizing Energy Recovery and offering individual temperature control for each employee.
