Via Noelker & Hull Associates, Gatter & Diehl's design team provided total MEP/FP engineering for this 12,000 sq. ft. Penn State Hershey outpatient facility located in State College, PA. The facility provides gastroenterology, colorectal surgery, hematology/oncology, and laboratory services. Areas within the building include pre-op, procedure rooms, post-op recovery, exam rooms, administration, waiting and various ancillary support spaces.

 

The project was performed through the Penn State Facilities Department in State College as a part of the University Health Services Department. Gatter & Diehl performed site surveys to obtain existing conditions and participated in numerous A/E and Owner meetings, conference calls and on-line meetings for complete coordination of design, bidding, and construction.
