Via Noelker & Hull Associates, Gatter & Diehl  developed the MEP/FP design for St. Anne’s new 54-apartment, three-story, independent senior living facility. Central to the modern design is a multi-faceted community center and a parking garage with personal storage units. Amenities include a full service kitchen, coffee bistro, dining area, and the UPMC physical therapy wellness suite. High efficiency water source heat pumps and LED lighting, combined with the latest in data, voice and video were essential to St. Anne’s high quality standard for senior care.
