The Vibra Hospital of Denver located in Thornton, Colorado is a long term acute care facility that offers a host of programs including musculoskeletal, neurological, rheumatological, and cardiovascular systems for both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.

 

Gatter & Diehl was selected to provide its expertise to design 25,000 sq. ft. of renovation space which included 23 patient rooms (including bariatric rooms), nurses and support areas, an outdoor therapy courtyard, and a physical therapy gym.  

 

The state-of-the-art facility incorporates high efficiency heating, air conditioning, and ventilation, along with water saving plumbing fixtures that meet all healthcare code requirements. Additionally, new provisions for dialysis machines were designed. All fire protection designs, electrical designs and telecommunication systems were updated to accommodate for the renovations.
